The Hirebox tests are very beneficial tools. They tell you the weaknesses and strengths of the individual and what type of leadership and management the person is best suited for. In my opinion, it can tell you whether the person will work within your company culture. It is not a mind-reader and there is no employee-difficulty proof test - you still have to use your judgement and objective evidence of the candidate's production record and skill sets, but it is an excellent analysis for employment applicants.
