PREDICTABILITY
Measures the level of predictability in behavior. Defines how predictable and consistent the employee is in his/her actions. How can others rely on his/her intentions?
ENERGY
Measures the employee’s level of energy at work. Also evaluates initiative and drive. Is the employee willing to work hard and to do his/her best to get results?
ENTHUSIASM
Reflects optimism or pessimism. Also shows the level of interest – or lack of interest in life. Can the employee demonstrate enthusiasm in doing things?
PERSISTENCE
Measures the employee’s ability to persist in one direction. Also shows the level of orderliness and organization. Is the employee persistent or he/she liable to give up too soon?
SELF-CONTROL
Measures the employee’s aptitude to stay calm, in control. Also evaluates the ability to exercise a calming influence on others, when all goes wrong.
DETERMINATION
Measures the employee’s assertiveness and ambition. Shows how willing and able the evaluated person is to “fight” in order to get the expected results.
COMMUNICATION
Evaluates the employee’s communication skills. Also measures how open the employee is with his fellow team. Is he/she freely talking to people or is he/she rather withdrawn?
RAPPORT
Measures empathy and relationship skills. Shows interest – or lack of interest in other people. Is the employee getting along with others?
SELF-CONFIDENCE
Degree of certainty – or lack of, in personal abilities. Evaluates how much self-confidence the employee can demonstrate. How confident is he/she of his/her potential and talents?
OBJECTIVITY
Measures the aptitude to see things exactly as they are. Can the employee objectively analyze situations without being influenced by subjective, arbitrary opinions?
TOLERANCE
Measures degree of tolerance – or lack of. Can the employee accept situations or others without criticizing them? Or is he/she critical and intolerant?
SATISFACTION
Evaluates the level of satisfaction on the job. Does the employee consider he is winning on the job or is not in the spirit of things?
ORGANIZATION
Measures the level of personal organization and orderliness. Shows how much the evaluated person is willing AND able to get well organized on the job.
COMPETENCE
Measures the employee’s level of competence. Does the evaluated employee considers he has a high skill level for his position, or desires improvement?
COMPENSATION
Measures the employee’s compensation satisfaction . Does the employee consider he is being properly compensated? Is money his main motivation to work?
PERFORMANCE
Measures the employe’s level of performance on the job. Does the employee consider he performs well on the job, or is there room for improvement?
IMPROVEMENT
Measures if there could be potential improvements on the job. Does the employee considers that more could be done to help him/her on the job?
ENGAGEMENT
Measures the employee’s engagement in the company. Does the employee feel very engaged or involved?
PRESSURE AT WORK
Evaluates the level of resistance to pressure on the job. Is the employee currently stressed or likely to quickly lose control?
BASIC PRINCIPLES
Measures the employee’s basic principles on the job. Is the employee running into conflicts with his team, or is he quite pleasant to work with?
